Sewer cleaning by pressurized water
Piping maintenance by regular cleaning is essential assumption for its good functioning and long life-cycle. By pressurized cleaning, we will wash all impurities away and thus prevent occurrence of clogged chemical and biogenic substances. This way, we will increase piping flowage and decrease the risk of expensive repairs.
In addition to prevention, in order to clean the sewer system, particularly the following is necessary:
- Before optical camera inspection, smooth camera movement must be provided as well as pipe line status to be properly visible
- Before piping repair commissioning, all impurities and sediments must be removed in order to provide quality and long-lasting adhesion of reinstatement lining to the piping inner surface
- Washing milled fragments after milling of overhanging extensions and obstacles by sewer pipe inspection robot
Operative cleaning
- We provide cleaning by sewer inspection robot; thus providing fragments and residuals removal of the milled material.
- Just before performance of trenchless repairs, we clean the site where we will perform the repair.
- We finalize sewer pipe cleaning up to DN 600 and clean sewer pipe lines up to DN 250.
- We use compression unit with the pump output power of 130 bar at 140 l of water per minute.
- The compression unit is integrated in one vehicle together with the sewer inspection robot.
- Cleaning equipment is fitted with a tank; the volume is 1 m3. For more extensive cleaning, it is necessary to gain access to water resource (hydrant or tank lorry).
Complex cleaning
- We provide cleaning of all commonly used types of pipes. Our capability is to remove also considerably massive and long-term dirt sediment deposits.
- We use special high-power pressure and vacuum equipment with its own water reservoir and accumulation compartment for impurities and dirt being sucked in.
