Leakage test of piping by pressurized air

Canalization piping tightness measuring contributes to immediate indication of its status and may locate problematic spots for guidance. It will subsequently inspect them by inspection camera and we will repair detected tightness defects by reinstatement lining. All of that without the need of excavation works.

• We perform measuring in compliance with ČSN EN 1610 standard requirements.
• Necessity of water supply and handling is eliminated.
• Measuring by pressurized air is quick, precise, economic and ecologic because it does not have any unfavourable impact on sewage treatment plants.
• The test course and results are registered in electronic form.
• We are able to provide measuring in arbitrarily long sections, on any construction materials and in profiles from DN 80 to DN 1000.
• We are also capable to measure very complicated units, e.g. section of the main line including conjunctions or fragmental parts of the section (from the inspection chamber to the service connection, respective joints, etc.).
• The measuring is performed by sensitive devices, subsequently recorded in a graph. Test protocol with the course records will be submitted to you on site, immediately after measuring finalization.
• The measuring equipment is located in the vehicle including TV inspection camera system. This combination enables immediate inspection performance of the sewer piping in case of leakage. We can detect unknown connections immediately or specify exact location of sealing sack during tests of the piping fragmental parts.
