- It will remove connection overhanging fragments, offset joints and sharp edges.
- It will open connection that has been blocked by reinstatement lining due to repairs.
- It will increase sewer system flow rate by removal of hardened sediments, concrete, ingrown roots or overhanging and stuck obstacles.
Equipment description
- Turning and tilting arm with a head that enables clamping of the whole range of cutting, grinding and milling tools, it is positioned on the self-propelled chassis.
- Operation tools are driven by pneumatic engine with the output power of 2.1 kW at 12,000 rpm.
- The equipment is fitted with integrated camera, enabling highly precise work by its controls.
- Robot may be used in piping from DN 200 up to DN 600.
- The machine is located in a van together with compression assembly for pipes cleaning. This combination enables provision of milling, cleaning and subsequent camera inspection by using only one vehicle. Its advantage is costs saving for transport and minimum space requirements at the site of works being performed.
